Clients must clearly communicate project requirements, workflows and business logic details prior to development.
Limited man-hours are allocated per project including strategy, design and development management.
Design or functionality changes after approval will incur additional costs.
Delays caused by client-side approvals may affect project delivery timelines.
Hosting, SSL certificates, payment gateways and third party plugins are not included unless specified.
Clients using external hosting providers must ensure technical compatibility.
Upon full payment, clients receive license rights to use published website content including graphics and text.
Development source code, architecture logic and proprietary systems remain property of Jayson Solutions.
Digital marketing and strategy packages require minimum 6 month contracts.
Payments are due on the 1st of every month. Late payments may incur administrative fees.
Clients may terminate services with one month written notice after minimum contract periods.
Jayson Solutions reserves the right to terminate services with notice if policies are violated.
Services are provided on an "as-is" basis without guarantees against external risks such as cyber attacks or hosting failures.
Clients indemnify Jayson Solutions against claims arising from misuse of services.
