Daphne Sibanda is Jayson Solutions' Group Chief Executive Officer and a seasoned strategist who joined the Jayson Solutions team in mid 2022 as Chief Strategy Officer. She has extensive experience in a C-suite position spanning over 10 years.

 

Before taking on the role as GCEO, Daphne was Managing Director of a Restaurant Chain, Four Seasons. She holds a Degree in Tourism and Hospitality and a Masters Degree in Marketing Strategy.

 

Daphne is currently a Board Member of Blackshare Investments. In her tenure as Chief Executive Officer, she has managed to expand the business to other African countries such as Kenya, Namibia, Burundi, Lesotho and Nigeria. 

 

Since the company’s inception in 2015, Jayson Solutions’ mission has been to empower mainly SMEs and start-ups by giving them a strong online presence by offering web design and Brand development  services. With carrying forward the company's credo, "we do anything web", she has made tremendous efforts in repackaging the company's services and strategically positioning Jayson Solutions within the African market.

 

She managed to combine the two companies Jayson Solutions (Web and brand development) and the latest partnership with Pigeon Coop (Web hosting) to provide a one stop shop for our clients. Jayson Solutions also offers business consulting services, company profiling and proposal drafting in an effort to help new businesses minimize having to look for so many service providers.
